The C Profile Roll Forming Machine makes the profiles used to hang ventilation ducts. The operator enters the length and number of pieces on the PLC screen, and from there the machine runs fully automatically, forming, punching and cutting each piece. Hydraulic dies punch oval holes in the profile and a diamond-tipped saw cuts it without burrs. Every piece comes off the rolls ready to use. Besides C profiles it produces U and L profiles from 0.60–1.20 mm sheet, with other thicknesses on request (catalogue: C Profile Machine, CPR).

Where It Fits in Your Duct Line
This machine makes the hangers, meaning the C, U and L profiles that support the ducts when they are hung on site. The duct itself is formed elsewhere in the shop.
