The Auto Duct Line with Notching & Cleat Forming is an automatic duct line that bends and cuts coil sheet into rectangular and square duct and notches it for self-flanged duct. C-cleats come from a C-cleat unit in the same machine. After forming, the line closes the duct lock too. That covers ducts with separate slip-on flange profiles as well as self-flanged ducts. Notching is hydraulic, with four dies (two right, two left). The ADF-NC has everything the Auto Duct Line with Notching has, plus a C-cleat unit. Notched duct sheet and C-cleats come from the same machine, and the ADF-NC closes the duct lock after forming as well. The added unit makes this line 3000 mm long, where the other auto duct lines measure 2000 mm.
Where It Fits in Your Duct Line
The line takes coil from the decoiler. Self-flanged parts go on to the TDF Flange Forming Machine. The ADF-NC closes the duct lock itself after forming.
