The Auto Duct Line Pro turns coil sheet into rectangular and square air duct parts. Under PLC control, this automatic duct line straightens the sheet, adds stiffening beads, cuts it to size and bends it to the shape you need. A servo motor and servo reducer keep the dimensions accurate. The line runs on its own hydraulic unit. No compressed air needed. We build it in two coil widths, 1320 mm and 1520 mm, for duct shops that want steady, repeatable output from a single rectangular duct machine (catalogue: Auto Duct Former Pro, ADF-P).
General Features
- Fully automatic operation with PLC control
- Two sheet driver units, two stiffening units and a straightener are included
- Servo motor and servo reducer for accurate duct dimensions
- Hydraulic system for easier operation and faster, more powerful production, with no compressed air required
- Label printing unit marks each part, which speeds up delivery and installation on site
- Total consumption memory records the material used
- Seam types: Pittsburgh, snap lock and Nulock
- Output: flat sheet, L-shape, U-shape or a full square duct. Two stiffening patterns standard, a third optional
- Feeding speed 6 m/min. A 250 × 250 mm duct takes about 1.10 min, for up to 800 m² of duct in an 8-hour day
- All features above are standard on every machine

Where It Fits in Your Duct Line
The Auto Duct Line Pro handles the first half of rectangular duct production. Coil comes off the decoiler, and the line straightens, beads, cuts and folds it. From there the parts go to lock forming and seam closing on the Pittsburgh Lock Former and the Duct Seam Closer. Self-flanged (TDF) duct with notched corners is a job for the Auto Duct Line with Notching. You can follow the full sequence on the HVAC Duct Production Line page.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the 1320 and 1520 models?
The sheet width. ADF-P 1320 takes 1320 mm wide sheet and ADF-P 1520 takes 1520 mm, which also makes it heavier (2680 kg against 2450 kg). Both handle 0.5–1.2 mm sheet with a minimum duct size of 100 × 100 mm.
Does the Auto Duct Line Pro need compressed air?
No. It runs on its own hydraulic unit, so no compressed air supply is required.
Which seam types can it produce?
Pittsburgh, snap lock and Nulock.
How much duct can it produce in a day?
At a feeding speed of 6 m/min, a 250 × 250 mm duct takes about 1.10 minutes, which adds up to as much as 800 m² of duct in an 8-hour shift.
Can it notch for self-flanged duct?
Not this model. Notching for self-flanged duct is done by the Auto Duct Line with Notching (ADF-N) and the Auto Duct Line with Notching & Cleat Forming (ADF-NC).
